Wow. Now that’s the ‘Heroes’ I want to see. Forget any and all of season 2.

Aughhhh…. my favorite TV guilty pleasure - I can’t wait! Can anyone in the world seriously and truthfully say that they never dreamed about having at least one superpower? No? I thought so.

finished product, so delicious!!!  I may or may not have burned my tongue because they weren’t cooled enough.
Recipe:

 4 cans refrigerator biscuits
2 sticks butter, melted
1/4 to 1/3 c. cinnamon (I used the max) 
1 to 1&#160;1/4 c. sugar (I used the max) 

Mix sugar and cinnamon. Set aside. Cut each biscuit into 4 pieces. Roll each in melted butter and then cinnamon mixture. Drop pieces loosely into tube pan. Pour any remaining butter and cinnamon mixture over biscuits. Bake at 350 degrees about 40 minutes. Cool 10 minutes in pan, turn out. Pull apart to eat.
Yeah, had to reblog this too because the finished product looks great plus bufo included the recipe so now I don&#8217;t have to type it out (there was a request so I was going to, but this a) gives props to the baker =) and b) appeals to my lazy side!)
I also wanted to note that yes, I do have a sense of humor that is comparable to that of most middle schoolers&#8230;. and it&#8217;s fabulous hahaha!

*s/he = kitty started off a &#8220;girl&#8221; then all of a sudden was a boy after about 4 or 5 months. 5 years later i still call matilda a girl and most other people call her a boy/him&#8230;. whatever, matty is a cat and i doubt s/he cares what stupid humans have to say about/use to define her sex.

I am so in love with life today

I am so in love with life today and I really have no idea why. It is overcast and muggy. I am sitting all alone with my laptop in my boys tiny apartment while he is at his first day of nursing orientation for his prestigious critical care fellowship (I am so proud of him!). I am here because it is quiet and clean and I have to finish my resume and start sending it out. I am failing miserably at this task because all I can think over an over again is “I love life” “I love my life” “I love every aspect of every-boring-everyday-minutiae associated with living - just being alive.”

Like I said - I don’t know why. There is really no big reason, no tremendous breakthrough in my life, and no earth shattering revelation. I’ll just enjoy it for today and for as long as it lasts. And I need to remember this feeling whenever I start feeling low (which happens less and less as I get older and older) because this is the way life should be appreciated.
