Toooo much funny stuffffff
Mine: SCORPIO (October 23 – November 21)
You may think that you’re standing at the crossroads and that you are now facing your moment of truth – but you’re actually three months shy of that. In fact, the Stars are giving you a unique opportunity to test-drive some options without committing to any choices and you would be well advised to follow their lead. For instance, you might consider circulating your resume on Tuesday. You may be surprised by the positive response you get. Now, this doesn’t mean you have to leave your job, but it’s always good to know what your market value is – especially if you’re thinking about asking for a raise. Thursday is an interesting day for you romance-wise. Usually, you’re the one in a hurry to seal the deal; however, it looks like you’ll be telling the new hottie in your life to dial it down a bit. And this isn’t because you’re not interested. On the contrary, you are – but you want to see how things unfold organically. That Scorpio gut instinct of yours knows that there are some very subtle and powerful planetary forces at work in your life and it also knows that you have a pretty firm grip on the reins. This is one of those rare times when you are in the driver’s seat and you should enjoy it while it lasts.
Boyfriends: GEMINI (May 21 – June 21)
Remember the old saying that when it rains, it pours? There couldn’t be a truer description for the Jupiter/Neptune square on Monday. This is an extraordinary time when the floodgates will open and you will be inundated with opportunities and offers. This energy will be active in your life for the next three months and you could see the landscape of your life transformed from a parched and dry desert into a green and lush paradise. However, you will have to change thinking caps if you want to hold on to the bounty that only Jupiter and Neptune can bring. You were born under the planet Mercury, so it’s in your nature to examine the dental work of every gift horse that trots by. You just can’t help yourself. And this is fine for strategizing and working the angles to get what you want, but an overly analytical mind can also lead you to doubt when you should trust. Jupiter in your zodiac sign says that you need to learn to take things on faith. If you don’t, then you will always put more credence in questions than you will in answers and this could lead you to pick apart the good things in life. It won’t be easy learning to lighten up on the skepticism, but then again that’s why you have a year to give it your best shot.
Hehehe thank you buzzfeed: 27 Indisputable Facts That Everyone Knows Are True
Brooklyn is in bloom
Brother, the self-proclaimed purveyors of ‘gritpop’, are a relatively new band based out of the UK. Brother’s story isn’t all that unusual. These guys were looking for a way out of their small hometown of Slough and decided that rock ‘n roll was it. After working for months on material, their debut EP, Fly By Nights is out today on iTunes!
Brother’s guitar-driven rock is a modern take on 90s Britpop. Spin pretty much hits the nail on the head by saying they “sound as if they nicked the best bits of both Oasis and Blur… calculated, shameless and giddy - but, damn, did it work.”
These guys have an exciting future ahead of them. A performance on Letterman May 6th, summer touring, including dates with Morrissey in June, and the release of a full-length album produced by Stephen Street out later this summer. I highly recommend checking out one of their live shows if you get the chance. They put on a killer performance.
There are more charts if you click through.
Wow, these are not surprising but they are fascinating. Tom Hanks’s chart isn’t horrible, though.
Makes me think of that line in Dazed and Confused: "That’s what I love about these high school girls, man. I get older and they stay the same age."

Loopy Doopy Rooftop Bar

What kind of pops do they serve at a bar? Boozy ones, of course. Alcoholic popsicles and a rooftop view of the Statue of Liberty make this spot an easy sell. Don’t be turned off by the cutesy name, Loopy Doopy Rooftop Bar has concocted some terrific frozen drinks on a stick. And all of their popsicles are made in-house with fresh fruit and spirits, like white peaches with bourbon, strawberries with vodka, and watermelon with rum. One of these adult pops is enough for us, but if you’d like to add a little more alcohol to the mix, you can order one served up in a glass of Prosecco. Factor in a view of sunsets over the Hudson River and this place is the perfect refuge from the hot city streets.
